Why We Built This Site
Kansas gives the public access to many court records, but the hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. In Lincoln County, the Clerk of the District Court handles court filings, case records, dockets, probate files, divorce cases, and certified-copy questions. The County Clerk is separate and handles county administration, commission records, elections, tax-roll duties, and Freedom of Information routing. The Sheriff manages custody, reports, dispatch, and jail information. State systems such as Kansas CaseSearch, Kansas VINE, KASPER, KDHE, and KDOR add more routes.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
